I used to introduce myself with a job title, until I realized the title kept changing and the work underneath it never did. These days that might mean coaching a client through a rebrand one morning and helping a nonprofit board make its case to a funder that same afternoon—different rooms, but always the same instinct: find the structure that helps people and ideas actually move.
